The Finance Law for 2007 provided, in its article 50, the introduction of specifications for the export of certain goodsArticle 84: “The export of certain products, materials and goods including ferrous and non-ferrous scrap, leather and cork is subject to prior standard specifications. The lists of products and goods concerned as well as standard specifications are prescribed by the relevant regulations”.

Executive Decree n°07-102 on 2 April 2007, published in the Official Journal n°22 on 04 April 2007, determines export conditions of certain products, materials and goods.
