Each request for arbitration submitted by post or deposited at the secretariat of the Center for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration of the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CACI) requires the payment of arbitration fees.
The arbitration fees include the costs of registering the request for arbitration, the administrative costs and the fees of the arbitrators.
1. Registration fees of the request for arbitration:
Registration fees of the request are set at 50.000 DA (All tax included) and borne by the applicant.
In case of inadmissibility of the request, these fees remain at the Center.
2. Administrative fees :
- Cost of services suggested by the Center.
- Fees of the rapporteur.
- Fees of the Arbitration Committee Chairman.
The amounts of the administrative fees are included in the schedule of the arbitration fees listed at the bottom of the page.
3. Arbitrators fees:
The amounts of the arbitrator’s fees are included in the schedule of the arbitration fees listed at the bottom of the page.
