Training Seminar on:  Stock Management.


The Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is organizing, on October 07, 08, and 09, 2024, an Action Training under the theme: Stock Management.

This training aims to:

  • Optimize stock levels to reduce costs and improve profitability.
  • Improve stock management processes, including receiving, storing, rotating, and distributing products.
  • Understand demand forecasting techniques to maintain an optimal balance between supply and demand.
  • Master stock management tools and software to automate and enhance operational accuracy.
  • Develop stock management strategies to prevent stockouts and minimize surpluses.
  • Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of stock management.
  • Implement stock control methods, such as automatic replenishment, ABC methods, and real-time tracking.

Details are provided in the technical sheet available for download. Our training will be held in person at the headquarters of the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Place des Martyrs, Algiers.

Participation fees are set at 51,000.00 DZD including all taxes (by check or bank transfer) and 51,510.00 DZD including all taxes (cash). Checks should be made payable to the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and transfers should be made to the Bank Account BNA 00100/599 0300 351 732 key 40.
