The Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is organizing a Training-Action on October 14 and 15, 2024, under the theme: “Internal & External Business Communication.“
This training aims to:
The objective of the “Internal & External Business Communication” training is to enhance participants’ communication skills within the company (internal) and with external parties (external). Here are the main objectives:

1. Improve Internal Communication: Train participants on internal communication techniques and strategies to promote better collaboration among employees, strengthen the company culture, and improve information flow.
2. Optimize External Communication: Learn to effectively manage communication with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, partners, media, and the public. This includes managing the company’s image, handling crises, and developing positive relationships with external actors.
3. Develop Communication Strategies: Assist participants in designing and implementing communication strategies tailored to their company, considering their objectives, target audience, and industry sector.
4. Use Communication Tools: Introduce the various communication tools and channels (intranet, newsletters, social media, press releases, etc.) and demonstrate how to use them effectively to achieve the company’s goals.

Details are provided in the technical sheet available for download. Our training will be held in person at the headquarters of the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Place des Martyrs, Algiers.

Participation fees are set at 34,000.00 DZD including all taxes (by check or bank transfer) and 34.340.00 DZD including all taxes (cash). Checks should be made payable to the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and transfers should be made to the Bank Account BNA 00100/599 0300 351 732 key 40.
